Load and use: Australian/New Zealand three-pin Type I plug; 240 V, maximum 10 A / 2400 W. Indoor IP20 use only. Check appliance load and startup current; do not exceed the rating or use with appliances that require continuous power or must not restart unattended.
Apple Home via Matter: This supplied model supports Matter. Use the WiZ app V2 and current device firmware; WiZ documents Matter support from firmware 1.29.0. Obtain the device-specific Matter setup code from the packaging or WiZ app. Connect the plug and your Apple Home devices to the same home network. Native HomeKit support is not claimed.
Connection and control: Uses 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. A Hue Bridge and Thread border router are not required. Local Apple Home control uses your home network. An iPhone with iOS 18 or later can add and control supported Matter accessories without an Apple home hub; Apple Home remote access and automations require a compatible Apple home hub, with internet required for remote access. WiZ app remote access uses the manufacturer service and internet, independently of Apple Home. Apple Home Key does not apply.
