TV synchronisation: Select the kit for your TV size. Requires an external HDMI source; it cannot sync content from built-in Smart TV apps. Supports up to 4K at 60 Hz, HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. The supplied backlight fits three sides of the TV and is not extendible. Set up synchronisation in the WiZ app. Apple Home/Matter lighting control does not provide HDMI sync controls.
Apple Home via Matter: This supplied model supports Matter. Use the WiZ app V2 and current device firmware; WiZ documents Matter support from firmware 1.29.0. Obtain the device-specific Matter setup code from the packaging or WiZ app. Connect the light and your Apple Home devices to the same home network. Native HomeKit support is not claimed.
Connection and control: Uses 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. A Hue Bridge and Thread border router are not required. Local Apple Home control uses your home network. An iPhone with iOS 18 or later can add and control supported Matter accessories without an Apple home hub; Apple Home remote access and automations require a compatible Apple home hub, with internet required for remote access. WiZ app remote access uses the manufacturer service and internet, independently of Apple Home. Apple Home Key does not apply.
