Installation and limitations: This is an extension unit; connect only to a compatible Hue outdoor low-voltage power supply or base kit, sold separately. Do not connect the luminaire directly to mains. Check the total lighting load against the power-supply capacity and follow the manufacturer cable-length limits. Install with the supplied spike or suitable surface fixings; screws and anchors are not supplied. Secure cable connectors and protect cable runs as directed in the manual. IP65 does not permit submersion.
Apple compatibility: A Hue Bridge or Bridge Pro with current firmware, sold separately, connects this Zigbee light to Apple Home through supported HomeKit or Matter integration. Local Apple Home control uses your home network. Apple Home remote access and automations require a compatible Apple home hub; remote access also requires internet. Hue app access and Hue routines are configured separately; Hue app remote access requires a Hue account and internet. Apple Home Key does not apply.
