Meross Smart Garage Door Opener (MSG100)

Add smart control to one compatible existing garage-door opener. The wired door-position sensor lets you check whether the door is open or closed.

Apple Home: Native HomeKit over Wi-Fi supports local control and door status in the Home app. A compatible HomePod, HomePod mini or Apple TV home hub is required for remote Apple Home access and automations. No Meross bridge or add-on HomeKit module is required. Keep Apple devices and accessory firmware up to date. This model is not a Matter or Thread device and does not support Apple Home Key.

Meross app: Remote app access uses an internet connection and a Meross account. Meross-app schedules, reminders and activity history are separate from Apple Home automations. An Apple home hub is not required for Meross-app remote access.

Before purchase and fitting: Check your exact motor model with the Meross compatibility checker. The controller connects to the opener’s supported wall-button control terminals and uses a wired magnetic sensor to report door position. Some motors need a separate compatibility accessory; confirm the accessory and local availability before ordering. Follow the motor and Meross installation instructions, disconnect power before connecting wiring, and use an installer if the terminals are unclear. Requires a working motorised garage door, a nearby power outlet and reliable 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. It does not replace the motor, obstruction sensors or existing safety equipment.

Network: 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is required. No Ethernet or Thread connection. Keep the controller, router and phone on a network that permits local device communication.
